How I work with clients

I am a Humantistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor.  This means when I work with clents they lead the sessions at their pace with the issues they want to talk about.  I use various ways to help and support clients depending upon their needs and issues, offeing different perspectives and thoughts about their experiences.  My work is Person Centred and I use Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Attachment for short term and long term work.

Experience

Since starting my career I have worked in schools, colleges and local charities counselling children and young people through to adults.  At the BB Group I counsel children and young people from various countries, cultures and religious backgrounds online via their website BeatBullying, FutureYou and MindFull.  I extended my skills to train and work as telephone and online counsellor in 2012.
